1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
2. What Qualifies for Return Items must be: • New, unused, and in the exact same condition you received them • In original packaging with all tags and hardware • Not installed or mounted on a motorcycle
3. What Does NOT Qualify • Custom-ordered or special-order parts • Electrical parts once opened or installed • Used, mounted, or damaged parts (unless defective on arrival) • Anything marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout
4. Defective or Damaged Items If the part arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours). We’ll replace it or refund you at no cost to you. Send photos and we’ll make it right fast.
5. How to Start a Return Email us at support@blacksheepmcparts.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, ship the item back to: Black Sheep Returns PO Box 73 Seward NE 68434
6. Who Pays Return Shipping You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made a mistake. We do not provide free return labels.
7. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Exchanges We can exchange for a different size/color/model if the item is in stock. You pay any price difference plus return shipping.
9. Important Note for Harley Parts These are aftermarket reproduction parts. Always have critical components (brakes, suspension, engine) inspected by a qualified mechanic before riding. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation or use.
