1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting blacksheepmcparts.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site or buy anything.
2. Who We Are
We are Greasy Garage LLC, operating as Black Sheep Motorcycle Parts. We sell aftermarket and reproduction parts for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. All parts are non-OEM reproductions unless clearly marked otherwise.
3. Products & Aftermarket Disclaimer
Our parts are high-quality reproductions made to fit specific Harley-Davidson models. They are not genuine Harley-Davidson parts. We do not claim or imply any affiliation with Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
Use of these parts is at your own risk. Motorcycle work can be dangerous — always follow proper safety procedures and have a qualified mechanic install or inspect critical parts if needed.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payments
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not binding until we accept them (we’ll send a confirmation email). We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
5. Shipping
See our separate Shipping Policy. We ship from Seward, Nebraska. International buyers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.
6. Returns & Refunds
See our separate Refund Policy. Returns must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Custom or special-order parts are non-returnable unless defective.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
We warrant our parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from delivery.
THIS IS THE ONLY WARRANTY. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Harley-Davidson parts are used on high-performance vehicles — we are not responsible for damage, injury, or death resulting from the use or misuse of our parts.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Greasy Garage LLC or Black Sheep Motorcycle Parts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of use, profits, or time). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific part in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (photos, text, logos) is owned by Greasy Garage LLC or used with permission. You may not copy or use it without our written permission. Harley-Davidson® is a registered trademark of Harley-Davidson Motor Company — we are not affiliated with them.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Seward County, Nebraska.
11. Changes to Terms
We can update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
