1. Where We Ship From All orders ship from our warehouse in Seward, Nebraska, USA.
2. Processing & Shipping Time We ship same day on all orders placed Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Time. Orders placed after 5 PM Central, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods At checkout you can choose between USPS or UPS. We pick the best carrier based on your selection, package size, and destination for the fastest, most reliable delivery.
4. Shipping Rates Rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location, the items in your cart, and the carrier you choose. Some smaller parts may qualify for free shipping — it shows automatically.
5. Delivery Estimates (after shipment)
- Continental United States: 2–7 business days (varies by carrier and location)
- Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
- APO/FPO: 7–14 business days
These are carrier estimates — weather, holidays, or high volume can add time.
6. International Shipping We ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delivery times vary by country (usually 10–21 days).
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages Once we hand the package to the carrier, it’s their responsibility. If tracking shows lost or damaged, contact us right away at support@blacksheepmcparts.com and we’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and get you a replacement or refund.
8. Changes or Cancellations If you need to change or cancel, email us ASAP. Once it ships, we can’t stop it.
